  10. For use in 32bit MS Windows(tm) environments - Allows user/developer
  11. to place his for at the top of the Windows ZOrder.  Useful for toolwindows
  12. and any form that should remain on top regardless of where the current
  13. focus is.

  15. KC_OnTop was developed under Windows 98 with Visual Basic 5.0 SP3 and tested
  16. on an Intel Pentium II 266 with 128 MB RAM.

  26. Run Setup.Exe - KC_OnTop.OCX should be placed into the Windows/System directory
  27. along with the KC_OnTop.Dep file for redistributing your applications.

  29. NOTE: KC_OnTop.OCX does not include the runtime modules for Visual Basic 5.0 
  30. to make downloading less cumbersome.  If you need them, you can aquire 
  31. them at www.microsoft.com or www.download.com.

  36. There have been no upgrades as this is the initial release.  If you need
